Our Process & What to Expect.......
When you first contact us, we will schedule a time and day to meet with you.
At our first meeting, we will discuss your expectations, budget and timeline. We will explain our process and answer any questions you have. Then we scope out the project area, take needed notes and measurements. We now can start to vision a game plan for you to best achieve your goals.
After the initial meeting we will be able to provide you with a Job Proposal which lists all specifications of the work, including timeline details, material prices, labor fees and anything else that is needed to perform and complete the project.
Once the details of the Job Proposal are understood, agreed upon and accepted then the work is scheduled to begin.
If at any time we run into something unexpected and/or if any changes are necessary to our plan, we will notify you immediately before moving any further.
We will first explain the details, discuss with you all your options and then help you choose the best fitting solution. After deciding on how you want to proceed, we then update the Job Proposal and go over it with you to make sure there are no misunderstandings. Once you are happy and satisfied with our updated project plan, we will then get back to work.
